Welcome to Invaro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Invaro. By interacting with our website, software, or integrated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these provisions.

I. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

Age Compliance

Use of Invaro is strictly limited to individuals aged 13 and older. In compliance with global data protection standards, any account identified as belonging to a minor under the age of 13 will be terminated without notice.

Security Responsibility

You maintain sole responsibility for the security of your account credentials. This includes the protection of Discord and Roblox authentication tokens. Invaro is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence or the sharing of sensitive login data.

II. Platform Integration and Data Governance

Invaro operates as a bridge between third-party platforms. Your use of our service authorizes the following:

Roblox Authentication

We access public Roblox User IDs and usernames to facilitate account verification. We do not store or view your Roblox password.

Discord Connectivity

By linking a Discord account, you authorize Invaro to monitor server activity and metadata essential for providing automated management features (e.g., role syncing).

Privacy Commitment

Data collected is used exclusively for service optimization. We do not sell or share user data. Disclosure to third parties occurs only when legally mandated by applicable law enforcement.

III. Professional Conduct and Prohibited Use

To maintain the integrity of the Invaro ecosystem, users are prohibited from:

Malicious Activity

Engaging in unauthorized attempts to intercept data, circumvent security protocols, or disrupt service through DDoS attacks or reverse engineering.

Community Standards

Utilizing Invaro tools to facilitate harassment, defamation, or the distribution of prohibited content. Violation of community standards in Invaro-affiliated spaces may result in a comprehensive service ban.

IV. Commercial Terms and Billing

Financial Integrity

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent blacklisting from the service.

V. Refunds and Adjustments

Refund Policy

As a digital service provider, Invaro maintains a no-refund policy. Exceptions are reviewed exclusively at the discretion of management for requests submitted within seven (7) days of the transaction.

Pricing Modifications

Invaro reserves the right to adjust service pricing. Users will receive advanced notice of any rate changes via their registered email or in-server notification.

VI. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

Invaro is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Third-Party Dependency

We are not liable for service degradation caused by outages on Roblox or Discord. Invaro is an independent entity and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Roblox Corp. or Discord Inc.

Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invaro's liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to Invaro during the twelve months preceding the claim.

VII. Termination of Access

Discretionary Revocation

Invaro reserves the right to terminate your license to use the service at any time for non-compliance with these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this agreement will immediately cease.
